you can buy biscuits at any little shop for as little as 15 cents - so you're never far from a quick snack. OR, if you're abiding by my newly updated food pyramid, you can buy the extra large family pack at a more specialized store, and then always have them on hand.
Parle Gs are my favorite. they taste great, fill you up, have some nutritional value (for real) and are cheap as can be. To steal a great line from my roomie Lillia, "I eat them like its my job". Recently, inspired by my roomies i've been branching out. We've discovered, "Nice Time" biscuits (a slight coconut flavor with sugar sprinkled on top). Not nearly as cheap as the Parles...but they sure are a nice time (see how fun the name is, you can throw it in lots of different ways in conversations) - plus they have sugar on top...hard to beat that!
As i hone my skills and a connoisseur of biscuits i'll be sure to keep you posted (not that i actually think anyone cares...but sometimes a blog about something as trivial as biscuits just does the heart and mind good!). And, if i finish my graphic for my new food pyramid i'll be sure to show you all (at this point i probably shouldn't admit that i actually just got out a piece of paper to draw up my new pyramid so i could take a picture of my work of art and post it for you all to see...). Bring on the biscuits!

Lem, so then if biscuits are a food group, what's coca cola?!!
Love you - and it did have a GOOD TIME reading your blog.

sounds like something i could find useful, maybe they sell them in the states at specialty stores.

i'll second the notion to make biscuits the 7th food group. i think i could live on them, but maybe that's because i rarely have them here in the good ol' US.
