Behold The Lamb

i know its crazy, but i drove to Cincinnati for a concert Sunday (and i saw Merilee, and stayed the night...and then took a half day monday and drove home). and it was totally worth it (i knew it would be, i went last year too!). its a Christmas album that i think everyone should have. its a time to celebrate Christmas...and santa isn't invited. it was so good to worship...and to sit with the truth of Christmas...and to watch and listen to such amazing musicians. Behold the Lamb tells the "true tall tale" of Christmas starting in the old testament...man its just so good.

And, while i was waiting for the concert to start i bumped into my friend Christy Hicks, who i worked with in California. i hadn't seen her since we both left cali (spring of 2001). it was good to see her, and to hear what God is up to in her...and perhaps even more random/amazing than that is that we were both in Kolkata at the same time this past summer (she was there for a week or so)...but we didn't see each other then. Crazy, huh?!
