my friend Kyle Scott writes and sings incredible music. while we were in kolkata he wrote songs about the city, our friends, our experiences...what God was teaching him/doing in him. every friday was WMF community night, north american and indian staff - we did a whole range of things, from touch football to a night at the planetarium. our last community night kyle sang his kolkata songs for us (we'd been begging him to sing for us all 4 months). and it was an incredible night!
i'd say kyle has a gift of using words really well. i sat there and felt like kyle was putting into words things i'd felt and wrestled with...but i couldn't "say." eventually he's going to record them all...but so far he has one done - imago dei...and its posted at http://profile.myspace.com/kylescottsongs and i think its well worth your time to check it out!
