Oh the joy...the absolute joy in this picture. She's signing for her salary...I didn't think she was going to be able to learn how to write her name. i'd almost given up...She has struggled...and persisted...we've tried different approaches...and slowly slowly we've figured it out (she's received salary before...but this is the first time she's been able to sign her own name)...

...in the midst of creating a new salary system...craziness of excel...and formulas...searching for what's off...and why it isn't working the way it's supposed to..finding my mistakes...counting (and recounting and recounting) rupees...trying to figure out where my math was wrong...and why things just wouldn't add up...this moment takes the week!
