The Cricket World Cup has been going on since mid-February.
last night Sri Lanka and New Zealand played in the first semi-final. (sri lanka won)
and today Pakistan and India are playing in the other semi-final.
its a big deal.
at the office you every once in awhile i'd hear cheers erupt when something good happened (from the whole neighborhood)
on my walk home i passed a few places where men were gathered around TVs watching.
someone told kyle, "India is playing Pakistan. This is like war."
its actually really cool to be here for this...and if India wins - oh man...there's gonna be a huge party!
i hope they do!
