the bags are packed (every pound allowed by the airline thoughtfully taken advantage of). so i'll steal a few moments to enjoy the back yard...and "ponder"
Goodbye shorts and tank tops, and cute (but un-sturdy and impractical) flip-flops (i've really enjoyed wearing you this summer)
Goodbye Salads, and cheeseburgers and sweetcorn and blueberries.
Goodbye unlimited wonderful coffee.
Goodbye bike rides.
Goodbye grass, and trees and flowers...and the little waterfall in the backyard that sounds so nice.
Goodbye deck - and all the moments of quite, laughter and conversation i've enjoyed on you.
Goodbye pontoon boat.
Goodbye games with friends and family...and coffee dates and ice cream runs.
Goodbye quite dark bedroom. (sleep sure is nice in you!)
Goodbye fast Internet.
