I've always liked the charlie brown christmas trees...ask any of my immediate family members who used to go Christmas tree picking with me...i always voted for trees the rest of the family didn't want. i realize its toally irrational, but i felt bad for the trees than i knew no one else would ever pick. (i wonder what that says about me?!) Since i've had my own christmas tree though i get to have whatever tree i want. Emily (my old roommate and I) have had some pretty amazing trees - seriously misshapen, huge holes in the middle...but always with character.
i have a christmas tree again this year...but it doesn't quite live up to the standards of the past. It is cute...and charlie-brown-ish...just a bit of holiday cheer in my little flat. oh, and its about a foot tall, including the stand. i know the picture is small...but its probably better that way!

Lloyd's doing a fabulous job as my Christmas tree this year, and he probably qualifies as a charlie brown as he's not exactly perfectly shaped:)
the nativity puppets made it out as they're too much fun to not put out.
