I can't believe this...

I saw this advertisement in the train on my way home yesterday.
i really can't believe that something like this can be put up.
its possible that i'm really far behind on cutting edge HIV/AIDS research...but i find this really hard to believe.
it makes me sad...the false hope this would give someone...
