It was Independence day on Friday...which means a day off - and a long weekend. It was a great day. Full of treats and relaxing and a whole lot of wonderful nothing. I made pancakes for breakfast, had two cups of coffee, I read and worked on I-sanctuary stuff during the afternoon, i played around online, Jana came over for awhile. Steph made salsa and chicken fajitas for dinner, and then i made chocolate chip cookies in Jana's toaster oven and we played "Happy Hours Ohno" (Uno...)
I've loved this weekend. i got to skype with my older sister and her family, and my mom and the spring arbor clan. yesterday was full. I went with Steph to one of our aftercare homes, ran some errands and then we went out to celebrate Jana...cause she's leaving tomorrow :( and today is off to a great start...
