the things i have seen...

I've been keeping a list of things that have amused or disgusted me since i've been here. Here it is...

• "Bless Mother of Marry" on the back of a taxi
• An apartment called "Blue Haven" that was painted yellow
• A sheep wandering down a busy street. i think it got away from the mutton shop (i cheered for him and his dash to freedom)
• Calling at 10:35 am to cancel a 10:15 am Dr. appointment
• "Okay Packers and Movers" i'm not sure if i should pick them or "Good Luck movers"
• A crow eating a dead crow (i see a crow eating a dead rat about once a week, but this was a special/gross sight)
• "Betar lata than never" written on a taxi
• A bowl cut meets mullet hair cut. i didn't quite have the guts to take a picture of the poor guy, but for your sake i wish i did...
• a ginormous pig eating trash on the street (seriously he was like 3 feet long)
• A cat wandering around in the international airport
• There is a little man with a banana cart on my road. When it rains he takes out a small plastic bag and covers his head. his little ears stick out...and i don't think it keeps him very dry...but it does make me smile!
• And yes, thats right...the picture on the top of the post is a cow lounging in the train station right by the ticketing window!
