I made dal for the first time tonight. I've been wanting to making it since i've been here, and tonight i decided i was just gonna make it happen (cap'n...for you office fans). Steph helped me...and it is really good (if i do say so myself!)


Yesterday i went down to the ocean, and it was a beautiful day. It was about 70 and sunny, blue skies. beautiful. I sat out a bit too long (cause it was so nice) and i got a bit burned.


I had great time with a couple of my friends down at the ocean. I didn't think i was going to see them, and then when i was leaving I bumped into a couple girls. It was good....good to sit and laugh and talk with them.


Two kittens showed up at the office today. i don't like cats...but i think kittens are pretty cute. I don't know how long they'll hang around, but for now i've named them "Seek" and "Justice." Their mom is the crazy cat that runs down the stairs from time to time and scares me.

Also, as a lesson in the obvious, Steph and I watched a really bad movie last night. It an actor that we love in it- but we had our suspicions that it wasn't going to be a great movie (it was made in the US, but never released there). this should be a tip off that the movie is HORRIBLE and you shouldn't watch it no matter how much you like an actor.

Steph, Jana, Wendy and I are headed for a long weekend to the beach this weekend. I'm excited for the fun times and memories it will be...one last hurrah before Jana heads back to the states...we've named ourselves "Team Canada" cause nobody hates Canada, and we think its funny...Wendy bought us Canada patches for our train trip...what fun!
