so much to say - so i say nothing at all

in some ways i feel like life is more routine - and there isn't much to say.
and in other ways i feel like there's a lot to say...but in order to do that i'd have to peel off some layers and take some time...

maybe that's it...i need some time to really think about what i'd want to write, and time to actually sit down and write it out...and my days have been kind of full recently...and maybe i'm just not wanting to do the hard work of processing what God's been doing in me enough to write it in blog form.

i went backpacking again this weekend - with anna and maria and emily and merilee. we had great weather during the day. the nights were frigid...but we solved that with a nice fire - and by all 5 of us cramming in a tent made for 4 people at the most. i was really warm - it was like sleeping in a toaster oven...it was great...

we had a bridal shower for a friend this weekend...

the stuff of life - dishes, laundry, buying groceries...keeping me from writing stellar blogs that would keep you all on the edge of your seat for the conclusion...such is life...
