We're off tonight for a week long trip to Chennai and Bangalore. My Internet access will be spotty at best while i'm there...we'll be back June 3, and then the days til i come home will go so quickly!
the weather is actually cooler in Banglore...the forecast is for the mid-80's! i'm pretty excited for the "cool" weather. this week has been a hot one.
i can't remember if i posted about Gita and Upendra being sick...they both were, typhoid and malaira...but they're fine now! The Bengali staff is coming with us on our trip - which will be tons of fun! it will be great to have Kiran, Gita and Upendra along :)
we'll be visiting 2 ministries - both children's homes. it should be great all around!
we're flying down...and taking a train back. it will be a LONG ride - 30hrs of fun with our friends on a train! i'm looking forward to it.
to keep you all "in the loop" with Asha, she has agreed to start training in the screen printing aspect of Freeset's business. This will give her 3 months to transition out of the trade, and allow "us" to work on a way to help her get out, in terms of housing ect...please keep praying!
