Here's another blog i wrote while i was away last week...
My subconcious’ way of tell me what’s going on
The price I pay for barreling ahead
The grace amidst barreling ahead
The caution.
Stop
Slow down
There is work to
be done.
Some things
cannot be ignored.
No. should not be
ignored.
A mentor of mine says that stress dreams aren’t a bad thing.
I was so thankful the first time she told me that…cause I’ve always seen them
as bad. They are a sign that I am out of control, or that I’m not coping well.
And while those things may be true, stress dreams aren’t bad. It’s my
subconscious trying to work something out that I haven’t been able to, or
haven’t taken time to work out during the day. They are an invitation to stop. To
observe. To dig a bit. To notice.
Sidebar: I’m not
convinced they’re a good thing when I wake up in the morning after having a
stress dream. I’ve had some crazy ones recently…all somewhat linked to reality,
so I can tell what my sub-conscious is working on…
Regardless of the content – I am thankful for the warning
sign…stress dreams are a clear warning that I need to pay attention.
Here’s to no more stress dreams for a while
(I hope).

Interesting. I have dreams related to my reality, too. Not always sure what to make of them ... but thinking about them is probably helpful.
