i made it myself

i've been working on this training size blanket (about 1/2 the size of a regular one) off and on for almost a year. (since it took me a almost a year to finish i'm gonna say i've mostly been "off" and not "on")

i'm proud of my work.
i'm glad i did it.
it helps me understand how hard our ladies work.

i want to make a full size blanket - although i was joking with the ladies that if i try to make a full size blanket it will take me 3 years...

gonna give it a go anyway.

and i'm glad the picture is far enough away that you can't see how crooked the rows are, or how uneven my stitching is. seriously, the way the ladies sew is amazing...so straight. so consistent in their stitching. they're amazing.
