- Floss everyday
- Take my multi-vitamin everyday
- Memorize a verse each week
- Learn bengali (well, at least put a serious dent it in)
- Figure out how to exercise in k-town...and implement it...exercise is mental health for me
- Journal regularly (at least once a week)...i need it for mental health
