I just bought my plane ticket. I have a pit in my stomach (you know...the finality of it...the price tag...don't want to make a mistake). I am excited though...now there is a firm deadline - i can revel in the time with friends and family over the holidays, and have a firm leave date too (it helps put things in perspective!).
January 12 my friends...its a big day!

It is on my calendar now so I can pray and dream with you! Was with the Kulagas this weekend in KY and heard some great Mel stories :) They sure do love you, sister! one way tickets are so exciting- even with the pit-in-the-stomach thing! I'm now weeks into my second year here! Praying for you! one month! may I suggest leaving luggage room for a 'first month emergency chocolate bar' or whatever you prefer? :) I'm glad I brought two! :)ag
