Birthday

One Year ago today...
It was my last day working for IJM (major transition)
I had a surprise party on the roof in the sun at work
The aftercare dept went out to lunch
I went to "Totos" with the other interns/fellows after work
Steph and Wendy gave me "Arrested Development"


Today...
I woke up earlier than i planned...thinking about things i need to do, stuff i need to sort
Went to breakfast with my dad
have been plugging away and the list of things to do
went for a walk with the dog...and slipped on the ice (don't worry...didn't get hurt)
may move to the next phase of packing...actually trying to fit it in suitcases, and check the weight! (oh...the moment of truth!)
Going to dinner with friends

so different...
so similar...
